How am I going to do it?

How am I going to be prepared to lose weight and tone up, because let's be honest, you can't wake up and just dig through your cupboards and have everything you need. (and if i did, i wouldn't be here. now would I?)

I have a few things that are going to help me be successful, no quick gimmicks this time.  I am going to have technology/social media on my side, and use it to my advantage (and disadvantage when I don't do the right thing).

First Up:

Tone it Up Girls!
I bought their awesome plan, to give me some ideas. I don't want to follow it exactly, but I want to have ideas of meal plans when I have problems thinking of my own! Plus, they are having a wedding series right now, and I have a wedding to attend in August; and I wanna look amazing for that =]






2. My Fitness Pal

I have had a MFP account for a while (my screen name is Ashbashlove13, find me) and I absolutely love it, when i actually use it. I will be tracking my foods, workouts, and progress on it. Follow along if you would like!


3. Microsoft Excel
I will be using Microsoft Excel to meal plan! If it sounds interesting, and you would like to see my plans let me know and I will post them on here =]


4. Polar FT40
I love love love this little gadget! I use it when I go to the gym, and it is by far more accurate than the gym machines. I like to know how many calories I burn doing cardio and weights!

I am SO tempted to buy the Tone It Up plan. I hear such good things, but I'm afraid I won't love all the recipes they suggest.

My Fitness Pal really does work if you stick to it. It's scary how much I eat when I don't keep track!

This all sounds so great! I have really been getting my tush into gear this year and have learned a lot from the Tone It Up girls! I'm interested to see your meal plan!

Ahhhh yay! I've always wanted to buy the tone it up package. I love them. You need to hold me accountable! And I totally need a calorie counter. Stat!

Love MFP! I just got a Polar FT4 - and I'm in love! It really motivates me when I see how many calories I'm burning in each workout.
