these past few weekends, M and i have been house hunting! nothing to serious, just so we can figure out what we want, what we like what, what we dont like. Where we may want to live, and how much house is just enough for us!
we were thinking around 3 bedrooms and atleast 2 bathrooms! i have to have my own bathroom! i would love for it to be 3B 2.5bath
and right now is the ideal time to go!
well this weekend we saw some pretty cool things in houses that i want to share!
we saw:
houses with 2 master bedrooms! [craziness!]
houses with great views!
houses with great kitchens!
great bedrooms!
and great lighting!
and it got me thinking; that lighting is very very important!
we looked around and saw that we liked recessed and pendant lighting!
and here are some great examples of things we liked
i love decorating and cant wait to find a house to decorate!

I would get some type of yard game! Bocce ball is sooo fun, and my fiance has never played! We have the typical polish horseshoes, ladderball, etc, but no bocce ball! Omg or I would also love the Sunray floatie....I used to have a foam one as a kid, but somehow lost it over the years...those are the best floaties ever, and durable too!
Happy House Hunting!!! Don't get discouraged if you don't find your perfect house right away, also don't get upset if you do find your perfect house and someone else ends up with it....all of these things happen, and in the end everything happens for a reason! It took us four months to find our "perfect" house...and it was far from perfect, so it took us another two months to gut it and renovate the entire thing so that in the end it was exactly what WE wanted!!! It's so much fun decorating your OWN home!

Girl, now is the time to buy! We got a killer deal on ours about a year and a half ago, but I make myself sick by looking up houses online lol they are even cheaper ( for more now!) Thats good you are looking now, because I went straight from my moms house into the house we bought, and I had NO IDEA what I wanted! I was straight out of college and 21 years old so banks didn't take us seriously lol we pretty much settled on what we could get and took the first house we got an accepted offer on ( we put in at least 100) When we bought, all the investers were buying around henderson and they out bid us each time. That has seemed to die down quite a bit. Good luck girl!
